Our overarching goal is to have every one of our employees reach their potential. We do this through "on the floor training" and dedicated leadership classes.

We also try to benefit the community in many different ways as we have free Math ACT Prep Classes to help students achieve the Promise Scholarship, Baseball Clinics, Leadership GRIT Classes, and are heavily involved with the schools." - John Ebert
