J.D. Owens - Bridgeport, WV
J.D. is a 40 year plus veteran of McDonald's. She started out as a crew person and has worked her way up to being the Director of Operations of 23 restaurants.
She's passionate about taking care of the customers and taking care of her employees. She started her career in Bridgeport and her legacy remains there as they have tremendous customer service.
She is a hands-on director who spends a majority of her time in the restaurants. John Ebert, who owns the 40 restaurants says, “She is a wonderful brand ambassador who takes customer service very seriously. She works tirelessly to take care of her people and has become a trusted partner with me.”
Connor Bonafield
Connor - Mannington, WV
Connor Bonafield has been an employee of of J.W. Ebert for the past 6 years.
While working at McDonald's in Mannington, WV, Connor was able to achieve a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Finance and a minor in National Intelligence from Fairmont State University.
We have been blessed to have Connor on our team to inspire others to reach higher.
Alexis - Washington, PA
Alexis started working for us in April of 2017 and recently completed her Bachelors degree in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources from CTU. She works really hard each day in the restaurant to bring her joy and excitement to her team and her passion for learning.
